Spur Gear Reducer
Ondrives.US Heavy Duty Spur Gear Design Reducers are offered in 6 frame sizes from 24mm D x 46mm W x 58mm H and up to 100mm D x 240mm W x 310mm H. These boxes are available with a shaft input and hollow bore output or they will have a hollow bore on both input and output.
Our spur gear design produces a high efficiency, parallel input and output gearbox. Ratios range from 2:1 to 7:1. With the available hardened gear units, output torques go to 850Nm.
The housings of these parallel shaft spur gear reducers are precision machined from solid aluminum, producing a lightweight but rugged gearbox. Radial ball bearings are used on both input and output.
