Production Manager

Supervises:  Shop Foreman, Machinists, Production Assistant, Manufacturing Engineer

Reports to:  President

Pay Status:  Salary

General Duties:

• Oversee plant operations
• Shop scheduling
• Productivity
• Completes other duties as assigned?

Specific Job Functions:

• Member of Senior Management Team
• Maximizing shop efficiency and productivity
• Scheduling of all production jobs
• Oversees program updating
• Customer interaction
• Assign on the job training for shop employees
• Employee reviews
• Hiring, disciplining, and terminating of employees with the approval of Chief Executive Officer
• Purchasing Cap = $15,000

• Supervision

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent and 10+ years experience in a job shop environment or any combination of education training and experience which provides equivalent knowledge, skills, or abilities.
