CNC Machine Operator

Reports to: FOREMAN, Production Manager

Pay Status: Hourly

Position: Casual

General Duties:

• Run machines as instructed.
• Multitask on multiple machines if needed.?
• Keep a clean, well presentable work area.

Specific Job Functions:

• Run CNC Machines• Fill out ALL proper paperwork for each job
• Keep machines running properly by following any preventative maintenance requirements
• Relay any concerns to Management Team to avoid any possible problems
• Read and Understand Prints
• Load Machines

• CNC Machines
• Tool Processes
• Raw Materials

• Basic Computer Skills
• Reading Blueprints
• Conceptual Skills
• Solving Mathematical Equations

Ability to:

• Operate a CNC Machine
• Work with little Supervision
• Communicate both Verbally and in Writing
• Navigate and Punch into Computer System
• Preform Offsets

Measures of Performance:

• Meets accepted attendance standards
• Meets or Exceed established standards for productivity
• Adheres to established safety standards of the company
• Works with coworkers in a positive manner

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 6 months in a Machine Shop environment.  US Citizenship Required
