Newly Re-designed P-Series Gearbox improves Backlash, Corrosion Resistance and Center Distance between Input and Outputs!

Timing Pulley Flanges

The tension members in timing belts are wound with S-Z twists, and are used in pairs to minimize “walk.” However, because the tension member is molded into the belt at an angle, the belt will almost always walk one way or the other during operation. To prevent belt walk, pulley flanges can be staked or glued into journals at the end of timing pulleys. We offer timing pulley flanges in a variety of pitches and diameters. Available profiles match those of our timing pulleys: 40DP, MXL, XL, L, HTD, T and GT2. We offer aluminum pulley flanges and steel pulley flanges, sold in packs of 25. Request a quote on timing pulley flanges, or contact Ondrives.US to learn more.
