Ondrives.US has been designing and manufacturing high precision zero-backlash couplings and other motion transfer components for over 30 years. Patented LCS and LCG Servo-Beam™ couplings provide the flexibility of a bellows coupling with the torsional stiffness and strength of a disc coupling, making them ideal for servo/drive applications and numerous other uses.
High Performance, Cost-Efficient Replacement for Bellows Couplings
Ondrives.US’ Servo couplings are highly effective and cost-efficient replacements for bellows couplings. They provide the same performance and flexibility at roughly half the price.
Servo-Beam™ couplings are true servo couplings and are engineered for superior torsional rigidity (comparable to disc couplings), zero-backlash coupling, high RPM performance, and long working life. Rated for speeds up to 10,000 RPMs, they can operate at up to 7° angular compensation and with up to 300 in-lbs. of torque.
Manufactured with 420 stainless steel flexible beams and 416 stainless steel hubs (LCS models) or aluminum hubs (LCG models).
Couple to almost any shaft diameter with Ondrives.US Bore Reducers.
