NEMA Flange Mounted Gearbox Specifications
Our NEMA worm gearboxes are built in compact frames and provide an output that is 90° from the input. NEMA Flange Mounted Gearbox Design Update
As part of our commitment to existing product improvement, Ondrives.US is revising the design of our P, PF, and PF-NM gearbox models. These design changes will improve quality and consistency, eliminating the need for the eccentric output design in the low (-A) and further reduced (-AR) backlash versions. Potential improvements over previous models include:- More consistent center distances
- Smoother and quieter running
- Reduced environmental impact
The external dimensions of the gearboxes, including casting size, input shaft and output bore sizes, as well as mounting hole positions and diameters, will remain unchanged. However, the gearboxes will visually differ, with the large black steel output mounting replaced by a stainless steel mount.
